It only took 30 years, but someone has FINALLY made a Childs Play 2 Chucky doll worth owning. It’s being produced by Trick or Treat Studios and it’s the most screen-accurate doll made available to the public.
Oh, and I don’t want to bury the lead here, so I should point out that this official Good Guy Doll will set you back $500. And if you want it, you’re going to have to donate that $500 to the Trick or Treat Kickstarter.
“Why Kickstarter?” asks Trick or Treat Studios President Chris Zephro. “This is a big event. Not one has ever released a screen used one-to-one scale accurate officially-licensed Chucky doll. So we wanted to do something unique.”
There were two pledge levels, but the one for $700 has sold out. So that leaves you with the much more affordable (HA!) $500 pledge level, that gets you your own Chucky doll.
According to the video promo: “Every detail of this doll matches what you saw on the big screen the hands, the feet, the body and the head all come from actual screen-used molds and the clothing all comes from actual screen-used swatches. The body of the doll has a wire frame surrounded by soft flexible foam to allow you to pose the doll any way you’d like, you creepy people.”

Not worth posting this picture b/c that is NOT the doll you receive. Too many variations – bait and switch tactic.
